Seeing The World quest

In quest say i need to Take Goshiki to see the city of EtherBlade.. But how?
where ?

    teleport to etherblade or just go there

    Yeah, don't take the quest texts (too) literally; they won't give you an NPC that actually travels with you :-) Not the original NPC (which would be kind of bad for other players, considering the length of the quest...), and not a clone either.
    Slow progress, game is getting way too grindy :-( Quests I still hope to be able to do some day: FB39, General Feng
