    Seems something that might be farmed via the different trophy modes.

    The ability to get the mats for it from TM is not in game yet tho.

    The Supreme Robes do not currently exist in the game nor is there any way to get them.

    But seriously, no one knows because it doesn't exist in-game yet. But according to the link you showed, PWI database states that you get it from a quest and you need to farm 'tokens of glory' from a couple of instances.

    Don't like farming? Too lazy? Don't worry, PWI will most likely release this cape in packs soon too.

    I do believe that the OP used English and was even understandable enough to be answered by several people. As I pointed out, English is not the NATIVE language of everyone who plays this game..

    KUDOS to those who make the attempt to contribute in a language you may not be fully comfortable in. I apologize on behalf of those who mistreat you because you don't get it PERFECTLY.
