Territory Limits

I think it would be a good idea to limit factions on the amount of territories they can own.
Take for instance Heavens Tear.
Enrage owns every territory in the server. That is not right. they should not be allowed to MONOPOLIZE the server.
What I suggest is that there is a limit of 5 to 7 territories that a faction can control. This way other factions have a chance at reaping the benefits of owning territories.
But if a faction has more then 7 territories, then the amount Mirage Celestones that the faction gets from each of the territories should decrease by a % for each additional territory.
EXAMPLE: If they own 8 territories then they should be taxed by the server 2% on each territory. If they own 10, then the server tax should be 4%. If they own all the territories the tax should be 60%. This way they are not greedy, much like Enrage is, and if they are, the server gets their cut of the profits.
When I say server, I mean PWE itself, not other players.
But that could be made to better the game, the tax could be used to increase drop rates and exp for all other players EXCEPT the controlling faction.
I know that many will disagree with this. I hope that they will not flame the post or call it a stupid idea, but rather add to the post to figure out a good way to keep factions from monopolizing the server territories.

this has been say very frequently and i agree, up until last week calamity owned they entire map, and owned over 90% of the map for almost a year.
last week, they changed their faction name to "Regenisis"
and becuase of that the map reset.
but the idea of a territory limit is definitely needed.

The territories are self limiting, becuase its not realistically possible for one faction to control the entire map as they would be spread too thin..
RIGHT....
Killing level 80's with a lvl 60 is a lot more fun than killing level 90's with a level 100.0 -
I've always said that if they were to go such a thing, the ideal would be 10 regular territories, 2 cities, and 1 metropolis. Enough land for a big guild to be interested in, but still leaves opportunities for others.
Of course, I don't really care if they implement a limit or not.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Then maybe the GM staff can explain how this happened?

I have submitted this image to the GM so that they can see that it happens and they can fix the issue with one faction monopolizing the servers.0 -

It is the ultimate goal of any big TW guild to own the entire map. It's just that many people will never see their guild achieve that status.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

I've been playing almost a month on PWI (October 9th will be one month), and I've seen how much Enrage is hated. They control around 50% or more of the Territories, and its rediculous. The main reason so many people hate them is simply because they PK way too much, and its often a random PK. I am a leader of my own Faction now, and am trying to find more players (preferably level 50+) and be able to do TW.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0

way to necro. did you go out of your way to find this old post? anyways, in the face of every tom **** and harry getting to level 99 with top gear and refines, enrage can't really take the entire map again at least not without a ton of time (if they did take over the map again sorry for the lack of insight, haven't looked at the TW map in a loooooooooong time)0 -
all i can say is a one side guild war, when u have 200 members, all full +12, no way can win them easy, good thing have a limit of 80 join tw map, but it also make down side for weaker guild. may be number +12 can go in tw map as limit better b:chuckle0
