i keep killing and turning in qs but my exp stays 0! im really pissed off now!

    Sometimes, if you have too much in your inventory sack, certain quests can not be turned in until you free up space. Also, you're a level 22 Assassin, so you must've gotten experience at some point to get there. Other than that, I really have no advice to give you. Your best bet might be sending in a ticket...
