Hey guys!
I got **** tonight!
Everything is gone and all this **** ya know ^^

So someone have a idea how to start over without ANY money, EQ or something else???
Just in case the GM's cant help me :/
I have no big hope...

    1. change your password and etc.
    2. send a ticket to the GMs
    3. To make money: kill mobs lvl 60-70 with the gears you didn't lose(Bound, rank, untrable). Buy NPC stuff at the AH... and when you get full armor NPC, you go farm TT90

    I hope u didnt visit any pishing site.. I heard that some ppl got **** which even didnt enter any login data and passwords on a non-pwe-website.
    Obviously many websites r there to just get ur ip. When they have ur ip, they just **** ur pc (private windows pcs r not protected, u even dont recognize a ****) and watch which pw and login date u enter.

    Id even never go to any pwi fan website. Every website protocolls ur ip, and many ppl have a permanent one (check ip at www.ip-adress.com/ reboot ur modem and c if u get the same again).

    Btw PWE protocolls ofc IP adresses. So they can easily check if u got **** and can reset ur account. No big deal for them. The only prob is when scammer already sold some of ur stuff, then many ppl would be affected. But GMs could give u identical items with just another id.

    Thanks, killing low monster and farm HH 90 then could be a idea but needs a lot of time :/
    And no sry I've never visited any suspect sites or gave ANYONE my pw/id.

    Sorry you were **** it seems to be happening alot latley and a very close friend of mine was **** recently which was confirmed by in world GM so please dont spout dont give out password etc. Sorry to say it but the GMs were all we will trace your stuff give us a week to look into it and contact us. He did just that and was basically told they had agreed with said hacker that he could buy back the items for the price they sold them for. Now sorry where the hell is the justice in that

    Say what??? They "agreed with the hacker" ??? WTH is that? Why idn't they ban the hacker and return all the stuff to the rightfull owner?

    Wish I were maybe I wouldnt find the whole attitude of PW so appauling. This has been going on since Sept we provided screenshots of all the items which were all easy to identify as they were high refined gears and made by friends. I provided the AH numbers of all the items they tried to sell there and like i said GM saw my friend in game said Yes you were **** give us a week. Emails a week later to be told it had been agreed with Said person he could buy the stuff back. With what Im not sure as one item at least was in AH for 200mil absolutly disgusting that they have virtually no customer service and when you do actually get a response if any well its north worth the time it takes to type the ticket out. The person that took it all ended up with a week ban i think it was & my friend was abused by a rather large fact for getting this *** banned. Guess as he was a merchant from one of the big guns he can do as he pleases within PW

    Farm low level herbs and mats if you're afraid of heaven/hell w/o gear. Buy some cheap gear.

    Farm herbs and mats in heaven/hell and maybe take up merchanting.
