First Time Buyer/Question

I've just started Perfect World..
(For my birthday, I randomly got PW Game Cards)
So I've used up my cards and got my Zen, went to "Wallet", I chose my server, but then I don't see a character o.o It worked when I got that facebook buff :3
But I can't seem to transfer my zen over to my character.. is there a certain requirement I must complete in order to be able to send Zen over to my character?

    Sorry for double posting but...
    I'm not seeing anything in these guides about my problem!
    I cannot convert my Zen to Gold... You know where you have to select your "Game" then "Server" then "Amount"?
    Well on the "Server" says I have "No Characters" which I do.. at lvl 4 though..
    Is that too low a level? Is there a level requirement to be able to convert my Zen to Gold?

    You need to be a minimum of lv10 I believe.
