Post your best fail with submitting a ticket.
So far I've been waiting over a month for them to send me my anniversary reward because of a bug with the page that prevents me from choosing a character to send it to.
First they send mounts to characters I haven't even logged on to in 2 years. Then they as me for screen-shots of my issue, (as if I hadn't described it thoroughly enough already), and then they just dropped the ball.
I opened the ticket on September 2, Got a fail solution on September 6, they asked for more info on the 13th, which I provided on the 14th and they haven't bothered to touch it since.
I even PM'ed DarthPanda last week and he said that he'd have someone look into it and I should hear in a couple of days. They failed there too.
We won't even talk about the changes in veno pets that I submitted a ticket on and they basically told me that I was lying, then said maybe they'll fix it later magically.

- Asking them to fix the "1 hr buff" magic defense, its been like 2 years since that ticket, nothing has been fixed. I know many people have reported it, they ignore it.
- Fixing the crashes of the client on newer computers, their engine is old, they should change it... it's been about 2 months since I reported this failure they said I should lower my specs, wtf? I can run the game perfectly fine on other places but arch, tides, warsong, tt, TW - places I usually error at. Yet, people keep asking them to fix it, having awesome hardware and updated software and drivers...
- Asking them to fix the room 1 of cube to be no-pk zone, or atleast change the spawn point of it to the safe zone...
- Fixing veno's pets on summoning being stuck - you have to move to be able to use the pet some times...
All these, unresolved issues, last ticket was sent 2 months ago related to the client crashes.
Others are simply forgotten from 2 years ago. Yes the tickets were closed with no fix.
I will quote the "solution" for one of them:

Sounds about right.
Have another ticket where after one of their patches, my graphics got fubar'd for a while. They blamed my comp when prior to the patch, everything had been fine. It got fixed inadvertently in another patch and they probably still were clueless about it.0 -

One would assume 1 year+ tickets wouldn't be an issue to be seen, but trying to make the company save face by having it look like it's just a few disgruntled people over-exaggerating is about right for the company. Especially considering FC glitch isn't allowed, INI edits aren't allowed (yet on the same company's EU servers they are), and using more than 2 accounts for multiclienting isn't allowed... and yet all three are things people regularly do with little moderation, punishment, or standard even when punished.0 -

Yeah, when they tell you to do the exact thing that your ticket said failed in the first place it makes those answering the ticket look really smart (not).0 -
a while back I sent in a ticket asking why I couldnt get free warlord fashion from token shop and they waited a month to tell me to Look on the front page for announcements of upcoming fashion....
I also PMed frankie like a couple weeks ago asking a perfectly valid question about why SP was reverted because of "Highly negative feedback" and why the packs werent removed even though we had much worse of an outrage...

It really matters to quote a reply that did not even help us? I mean, what if I get a reply of how to get things fixed for PWI, won't I be able to quote that awesome solution?
Not like I'm expecting them to fix anything anyway, its bugged, has been bugged, will be bugged, more buggs will come the more "updates" are done. Nothing else.
Why do they even ask for dxdiag logs? do they even know what each thing means? do they do actuall testing of the specs of our computers? do they know if someone has pirated sofware as they do state that they will not give support if the person has pirated hardware or software? - I'm pretty sure they don't know what they are looking at and just guess you should just lower your specs, which, in fact, does not solve anything at all.

One day I sent in a ticket and got an automated response, that had nothing to do with my issue.
I then sent another ticket telling them to not send me automated responses and continue working on my issue.
At this point they got some guy, which I am guessing has no clue at all what is going on in PWI to respond to the second ticket and he tried to blame my PC.
I sent in another ticket asking them why they let some clueless dude respond to me, and blame my PC.
The last thing I got from them was a reply apologizing for the inconvenience, and that due to the diversity of computers out there, there was nothing that could be done.
LOL, I know for a fact I am using a screaming machine for real. There is absolutely nothing they can point to my PC for as the cause of a problem.
So, basically in the end, my ticket became about thier customer service. I was and forever will pissed about this.
All this over some stupid graphics glitch that makes fashion disappear and reappear.

I've heard these stories so many times... I've sent quite a few tickets and nothing ever got resolved...
It's such a shame to see a really good game being ruined by company who has an incompetent team of devs and by a company that can't even afford decent service despite raking in tens of thousands of dollars each... month? (wouldn't be surprising to see how much they make per year, though i doubt it's as high as it was a year or two ago)
No point in whining about it anymore though, once that emulator for pw is released, p servers will able to use current expansion files and we won't have to deal with this bs. b:surrender[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -

Sick for three weeks? And they didn't think to have anyone else pick up on the things he had going?

Edit: Just looked at my ticket. They berated me for having gotten multiple anniversary mounts on two toons. Never mind that these were the mounts that they sent me, in a failed attempt at resolving the issue.Take the time to look for your answer before you post like an idiot.

Ah, interesting.
I was a bit more focused on what PWE itself makes, but if both PWE and Wanmei make that much monies...
They really do enjoy wasting it then since they could've at least used some money to afford better and bigger dev teams, and maybe more efficient translators for us so we aren't waiting as long. (come on Wanmei it's the year 2011, data doesn't take that long to travel across the world)

I know people that would fix all the bugs, do your laundry and cook you breakfast every day while giving support to 1000 tickets per second for half of what they pay.
Does PWE even have developers at all? - it all comes from Wanmei anyway.

I'm fighting now for nearly a year so that the errors are corrected in the forum systems.
I have started at the beginning of the year in the German forums to gather the errors of the forums, and publicly display this also. Nothing happened.
Then I sent a ticket to the U.S. support, but that does not work. I have 7 GM responses to the ticket. Nothing happened.
The forums in all products by PWI are totally bugged, that's one of the reasons why you should not post pictures here.
The configurations of all forums at PWI / PWE are completely different, stop by some bugs functions should be covered up.
But the support has already written that he has forwarded it. So we wait another 3 years to fix the bugs in the forums.

Been helping a good friend try and get some help with a hacking problem. He sent in a ticket so did I including screenshots of his items trying to be sold in WC. He actually had a gm in game come to see him said Yes we confirm your account was **** we will try to track your items email us in a week. He waits a week emails them to be told you can buy your items back from the hacker. This guy was banned for a few days then went back to trying to sell his stuff in wc yet again. Had no response what so ever from other tickets Ive sent in with different problems Ive had so now i dont tend to bother seems like a total waste of time. Seems like do as you please in PW now which is a shame[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

This is a fun ticket that I turned in, granted it is more along the lines of an idiot in the cube than anythingelse.
Entered the cube and got attacked by yet another of those lovable idiot sins who think it is fun to try and pk people entering the cube. Took a screenshot of this fail sin attackign another person, along with the damage he caused to me. Turned the ticket in, letting them know about the situation.
Their respondse was very useless, telling me that we could pk in Secret Passage now.
