white character + crash

Hi, my old windows crashed today and i just installed new one, um when i try to login my character is white, everything else is colored and i crash after few secs :s i tried many times all the same i hope i get an answer soon, ty b:sad i got my direct x installed also and am using windows xp

    Try verifying the files and let us know.

    If you continue having issues please post system specs and the output of your dxdiag.txt file.

    verify went ok still had the same trouble lol anyways its ok now i just deleted it and reinstalled thanks for the reply, 24 hours without pwi b:surrender
