i just buy a zen and it was successful but when it is done. there is no zen
the status was like it say:

reviewing

The transaction is currently in the review/approval process and will be completed shortly

kindly check please....

    Sometimes when you purchase Zen it can say it will be processed shortly and only take 5-10 mins to appear in your wallet.

    However, if it's your first time purchasing Zen or you are using a different payment method for the first time OR you are using someone elses paypal, like your parents etc (ie. the names don't match up with you're billing profile) it can take several business days to clear or even be rejected and refunded. As has happened to me in the past b:angry

    Also, if your using paypal check to see that it was an instant bank transfer or credit card transfer. Those are usually instant. eCheques on the other other hand take 3-5 business days to clear.
    Sending tickets won't really hurry the process. You just have to wait.

    AND.. keep in mind once it has cleared it doesn't show up in your game right away. You need to transfer it from your wallet to the server you play on.

    it's not my first time on purchasing Zen, but it is the first time it happen that i am waiting.
    see it is already 24 hours on waiting.... nothing happen..
