Cant kill in the theater of Bood???

This has been going one for 3 days and I cant figure out why everyone els can attack and kill me but I cant even defend myself. I even tryed swiching to pk mode and I still can't attack anyone??? why is this b:sadb:surrenderb:beg

    under your minimap should be a small shield button, click that and un-tick everything but faction in the first box.

    :/ ok i tryed it in pk mode and it still did't work :(............. ( yes I know you can only kill people when your both are in pk mode.)
