Can't Level Skills?

This is a new one for me. I finally got my barb to 101. Got my books and went to open the axe and hammer skill book. Cannot open it due to my axe and hammer skill staying at "Aware of Discord", a level 49 something level. I've leveled it several times to the last level but it always goes back to "Aware of Discord" and will not let me update that one skill. All my other skills are 89 and higher. Is this a glitch that requires a ticket or what? Any help would be appreciated. BTW, I HAVE done all my cultis, FB's, and other activities that require leveling as appropriate but still cannot level this one skill. Please advise if you have experienced the same problem. Thanks.

    Honestly have never heard of anything like this, I have all my skills including axe and hammer and I've never had this problem, but then again I had those just after 9/2009. As I'm sure you know PWI is full or errors and glitches 3 years later =/

    I dont really have understood what's ur problem. Have you leveled the mastery to level 10 ? Or is it resetting to level 5 every time, and you are losing money and spirit ?

    Ive never heard of such issue, but the mastery get maxed at level 74 and you learn it at level 29.


    Here's what the situation should be:


    -A & H mastery leveled to 10

    -A & H mastery book in your bag

    -Go to 1k stream

    -Enter 1 of the 2 portals based on your culti (demon > red portal / sage > blue portal)

    -Talk to the barbarian skill master there

    -You should see the icon of level 11 A & H mastery there



    If its there, then is simple. Just click on it and learn it.

    If you cant cuz its greyed out, is either that u dont have enuf money or spirit on you atm.



    If the skill doenst show there and you have all the required requisite, then i dont know what's going on

    Yes I have leveled the Axe and Hammer Master to level 10 ... twice... I thought the first time it was just a server disfunction with the client database. The second time I leveled after fb 89 and was ready with my books. I made sure I had about 5 mil in coins and my books in my inventory, THEN went to the Barbarian skill master in Heaven ( at 1k streams). When I got there, again I got the shock of my life that I could not level the Axe and Hammer mastery. I looked at my skills list and AGAIN, it showed that I had "Aware of Discord" on Axe and Hammer Mastery. This is why I'm wondering if there is a hidden bug that we should be aware of and if I should submit a ticket on this . Thanks guys for any info on this subject.
