it's say eroor pls help me i am litl crayze and mad now i did mistake. and game block my char on hoo i spend allot coins in game and real money why i did not wana do that

    customerservice@perfectoworldinc.com send an e-mail and they'll make a ticket for you. The info is all over the forum. You just have to stop being and idiot.

    Submit your ticket they will not reply here to whatever you have to ask. They will keep closing your threads and if you keep opening new ones, you will be banned and then you wont be able to QQ about it because it is spamming the forums.

    Your stupidity is astounding.

    He is locking your threads because they are not relevant to this sub-forum, you're also spamming, and sending a ticket requires more than a few clicks.
    If you really can't figure out how to send a ticket, you should've taken frankie's advice and used the email he gave you.

    Then the failure is entirely on your end and you need to figure out what it is. Spamming the forums like this just makes you look like some kind of idiot noob.

    I really find it hard to believe you would be experiencing so many problems.
    Show us some pictures of what you're having problems with, sending simple emails shouldn't be a problem at all.
    Really sounds like the problem is in between your chair and the keyboard...

    i was try all you guys say to me that i do and nothing when i try send ticket they say i am banned when i try send email its eroor and its not working dont know why so if there is anyother way pls let me know

    Proud supporter of the new expansion. Sure it has it's share of bugs, like any games. But for a pure farmer/grinder, that's a whole lot of new mobs to go beat up b:chuckle
