    Its not surprising. Before expansion there was a stupid thread on blade masters qqing over seeker but replacing them as sword blademasters before it even came out. I have no idea why when the blade masters chose not to use sword, so why qq about seeker using sword as in rip off for blade masters. They are the ones that chose not to use sword their own fault.

    But srsly maybe even before and since expansion the aps have hated on the seeker. What do people expect? Pwi arent stupid enough to make another 5 aps class, aps is only auto attack whats the fun of adding 2 more, even if they did people will just whine and complain and stick to bm and sin.

    What people need to understand is seeker is seeker its not a blade master, or a sin. Its unique class something that you get from playing and not fcing heads it to level 100 before dismissing it.

    One day all the other classes need to leave , then those people can see how boring 2 races are.b:sleepb:sleepb:sleep

    Yes, Seekers are not BM's, they aren't APS.

    Seekers are battle mages. A melee class with arcane-based skills that can do massive damage. The debuffs are really nice too.

    Claws would be handy, too. Seekers don't really fit into nirvana or caster nirvana too well.

    Look up the Seeker's lvl 100 stance "Duelist's Glee". It can disable/disarm when used with Arme Nier. May not be exactly like a fencer, but sort of similar.

    Forgive my nubness but what is 5 aps? What is aps? Also, is a weapon with 1.11 attack rate faster than one with 0.9?

    What I like about a seeker is that it's like a ranged class. When I fight something, most of the time I used skills like Battousai->Staggering Strike (yes I'm level 30 thats why I list nub skills) and by the time the second one is done, the monsters is already up close with me so I don't have to run to it (unless it's using magic but I'd just use Stalag Strike or Rock Splitting Cleave to get up close). Less time wasted, can't see a Blade Master doing that.

    Edit: How do I have an avatar like the guy 2 posts above me? My rock face of a statue is ugly.

    This is not something you should concern yourself with as a seeker.

    aps means attacks per second, so 5 aps means 5 attacks per second. As a seeker you can't aquire it, but it's good to know what it is ;) Some classes can achieve that attack speed using different gear that gives -int(erval) which increases your attack speed.

    A weapon with 1.11 attack rate is indeed faster then one with 0.9 attack rate. Though as a seeker you shouldn't worry too much about it.

    Your avatar changes as you lvl. I think it changes at lvl 40, 80, 100 and 105. (other classes then EG don't get a new avatar at lvl 100)

    A highly refined end game BM isn't gonna get one shot unless you get a damn lucky. We're talking over 10k Mdef and over 9k HP base, good luck with that. A BM can maintain 5APS while being full HA, one Pdef orn one Mdef orn, they sacrifice virtually nothing in order to have 5APS. (unless we're talking about attack power, such as using two R9 pieces and first cast Nirv/TT100s instead of going 5APS with 2nd cast Nirv, but that's a different story and not relevant to this topic.)

    I got r8 wephon +5 with 2 sapphire gems and still I can stunlock some +7 nirvana BMs using magic marrow in 2 shots.

    Sutra + FoW + Sage Divine Pyrogram (-20% fire deff) + BT = Game over

    I never said a BM could hit 5APS with full R9, I said they could do it with two pieces. Learn to pay attention, also... take a look at this build. 44 Defense levels means the Wizard in your example is only gonna have 46 attack levels (90-44=46). That's only 16 more than you'd have using a Jones Blessing. You're talking about hitting a BM with 44 Defense levels, 10k Pdef, and 12k Mdef... and killing it in two hits.. assuming the BM even lets you get that combo off I doubt it'd actually kill him, unless you got crits.

    I'm not sure why I even bother replying to you, you don't even know how to get 5APS at end game.. you seem to only know about the general cookie cutter build most BMs use. Also what kind of BMs are you fighting? They must be horrible or undergeared to be losing to +5 R8.
