Also, for those of you claiming that the client instability reason is a lie... were you there? Did you do the testing? Perhaps something that happened was attributed to the major change, the orbs. Maybe they were wrong, but they (the Chinese devs) did what they thought was necessary. Would you rather they have left them in, only to find out that the instability was caused by a large amount of them being on the market or some anomaly such as that?

kritty srsly, just because ur a mod dog for the GMs doesnt mean u cant use ur head. the client instability was a obvious lie, theres to many facts to prove that it was indeed a lie. there werent even any reports client crashes during the sale. hell, my client crashes WITHOUT this sale at random times. so it obviously wasnt because of the orbs.

even if it were the case then they could have simply FIXED the issue and returned the orbs back to the CS. but they didnt and they dont even plan to bring those orbs back. further indication of the lie.

disagree with last statement, coding is all logic. a experienced or good developer can probably roughly pinpoint a bug and or propose a solution just by analysing the software behavior. I worked with some amazing ones before so i know.

Throwing out some thoughts. Assuming the game is decently designed and coded...the chances of an item like orbs causing crashes should be highly unlikely. Lets say they coded in C, java or some Object orientated language. The orb in this case would be an indepedent object in the code. As such the object code is largely independent from the game's core logic. Even in the case that it indeed caused a crash, it would not be hard to rectify the bug if it is indeed the orbs that has caused the crash. Since there had already been similar items that has worked like 1star...ocean orbs.....the code for the 11/12 star orbs should be similar to these with maybe one or two attribute difference(probably they have a parent orb class...rest of the orbs are just claases that inherit from this parent) So logicially speaking, the orbs causing crashes is not very convincing.

You lost money because you bought expensive gold? No, you think you lost coins (which, if gained through farming, are free). Coins =/= Money

In reality, look at it like this... many games of this type don't even have an option for selling their cash shop currency; instead, players are able to charge whatever they want for the actual items, due to there being no other way to get them.

Also, for those of you claiming that the client instability reason is a lie... were you there? Did you do the testing? In short, unless you have access to PWI's source code, you can't say what will or won't cause instability. Don't assume that you know what's going on, and then make your decisions on truth based on assumptions.

sry im doing programming studies, and like it was said, the 11* and 12* should almost be like other orbs. so if it cause client instability why can we combine them through npc? by doing that we still create and put in the game the object that cause this instability.
i was crashing for like a month before they were in boutique. and im still crashing. and a LOT of ppl still do.
+ i never saw china devs react one day after a glitch or anything appear. example : FC.

btw cant call in game coins money? do u know that even in real life money isnt real? exept real coins and bank bills are the only real money? the money u have at bank is just a number, its not real, since there is nothing real. (oh yeah i also did economics studies xD)
so imo i can call in game coins "money", since its not less real than money u get in bank that u use to charge zen b:chuckle

LMAO u for real? ohh god u are funny. That was a lie pure and simple. U really underestimate the intelligence of the PW player base. Remember not only kids play this game....there are prolly older and wiser people then u playing this game that can actually realize when they are lied in their face.

    Have a nice day!!!

Removing all toons with r9 and any +11/+12 item would cause more stability in game. THAT would be really true.. When will u take action? b:laughb:laughb:laugh

    +1 This ^

And I have full rank 9.

Putting in there so some people have it and the majority do not, makes it so the vast majority of players start out KNOWING they will never be able to catch up unless they pay 2.5-4 times the amount of money the people with the benefit of the sale had to spend. And thats assuming that rep badges come out again at some sale price. If not, and you can only get them with tokens, well - that will be alot more than a 400% price increase for new players.

This is a big "don't even bother trying" message to new players. Way to prolong the life span of the game.b:surrender

    fail gms are fail.

They reason they were removed is because of this:

    Simply put:

If you have to buy 1* orbs and these 10* orbs to make a 12* it will bring in much much much more cash to PWE!

They did propose a solution: take the sale out of the game. lol.
