Faction icon Submission page not working!

So i recently upgraded my faction to lvl 3 like yesterday. But now i can't get the faction submission page to work! it doesn't allow me to select anything on the page!

anyone else having this problem, and will it be fixed soon? b:surrender

    Not working for me aswell (I have an alt that's leader of a level 3 faction on this account, so that's not the problem either).

    Both in Firefox and Chrome.

    I had this same problem. Theres a quick and easy fix :

    Pass lead of your faction to someone else. Anyone, an alt of your own, or someone you really, really trust. Give it a sec, then pass lead back to yourself.
    The submission page should then work.

    Something sometimes go wrong when you upgrade to level 3, and it isn't recognized. Passing lead like this fixes it (or it did for me).

    Please take note.. the faction manager said to make sure pixels are 16x16 and in .tga format.. i tried this and i would not work. yet website said 16x16 in .bpm format and i had no issue submiting it as such. so if your .tga wont work do it in a .bpm format b:victory

    Is there any other way to format the pictures to either of them?

    You mean ".bmp", not ".bpm". And the submission page says you have to use BMP (pronounced "bitmap") format.

    Also, if anyone is interested, the How to Get a Faction Icon wiki entry details how to make transparent BMP files using Photoshop.
