No free hypers :(

I bought wildlife packs on my veno, then went to go open Nirvs for coins on my Cleric.. got enough gold to buy another bundle of packs, bought them and got hypers mailed straight to my cleric, several hours had passed since i bought them on my veno, now about 12 hours has passed, but still no mail on my veno with hypers...

Anyone else not recied free hypers?

I have submitted a ticket but just wondered if anyone else was having this problem

    Does bundle = 10 20 or 50?

    Because if it doesn't, you won't get hypers.

    first time when i didnt get hypers it was bundle of 50, second time when i did get hypers it was bundle of 20
