I received the same message the other night on my main account. I have sent PWI an e-mail asking about this and wondering whats going on and have received no response. I myself have been playing for about 6 months, am a paying player, and have had no issues thus far .... until now.

Yes can we please know what is going on and why you are banning peoples accounts left and right? I know many other players who have told me about friends and acquaintances accounts being banned for the generic unknown reason above.

The most common reason i have been hearing for this happening is that its probably hackers using random ip addresses of unbeknownst players and that the players are being banned and suffering for it. If this is true what are you going to do about it and how are you going to repay the players for the bull and the inconvenience of this matter?

Oh and "In my opinion" your customer service could use some major upgrading, it sucks atm

My friend Jim got this e-mail today. He can't log in because he's banned. He's in the US and isn't suing a proxy. He even charged Zen last night.

I advised him to send in an e-mail.

I'm curious though as to why this is happening to people.

Yeah, my main has the same problem. I was banned yesterday for the second time this week for the same reason. In their response to the first ticket (which was processed pretty quickly), I was told that I logged in from a known fraudulent network. It makes no sense since I was on my catshop at the time too and my catshop has had no problems. I've also been using the network since last year. It seems to be some account specific glitches.

How long does the ban for this last, if you have been banned for this twice already does that mean its a temporary suspension only? Also as far as logging in from a known fraudulent network I am wondering if anyone else having this issue also has a wireless internet connection? We recently (about 2-3 months ago) got CLEAR wireless internet. Could something like this be the issue? ... just wondering.

Thanks for the post updates peoples b:laugh and I personally hope they get this issue and their support issues fixed soon.

For what i see we dont have much respond from the GM. I feel very angry about that because i dont live in a banned region and i dont use a open proxy. My son is on the same connexion than me and he can log with no prob. So if the GM dont read our post its not fear. Im a honnet player and i play on Lothranis and i have a war to do tomorrow. My main character is level 90. Now i have to play with my reroll and wait for a respond.

So please GM do something b:sad

Bans are not to be discussed on the forums. You can email customerservice@perfetworldinc.com from the email that is assigned to your account upon creating it to try and resolve the ban.
