every time when i try to change my pass i got

A verification email has been sent to******************** Please log into your email and click the link we've sent you to apply to your account.

i log to my mail and i got no messages? hwo i fix this

    every time i try to change my password there message say chek your mail we sent message to your mail conferm it ..... i go to my mail and i got nothing ,,, my password is very easy i need to change it help me please QQQQQQQ

    I've been having the exact same problem actually. I sent in a ticket and the response I got was to send me to the password recovery page. Been there done that, still no verification email (even though I know my password, I just wanna change it ._.)

    EDIT: And before anyone asks, yes I checked my spam / filters / see if it's the right email / etc.

    I tried to change mine, got the email but when I tried to activate it, it said it had timed out or expired or something.

    I've been having the exact same story.
