What weapon should seeker use? Sword, Dual Swords, Blade or Dual Blades

All of them. Seekers are able to use their skills with all of them, but you don't really have a choice since they can't use anything but swords/blades.
Anyways, in terms of which of the four, it depends on your personal tastes. Personally, it depends on the situation for me. If I'm trying to keep a boss debuffed, I use singles. If I am going for damage or tanking, I use duals.0 -

Blades damage variance is'nt great, compared to dual swords and swords.0 -
It also depends on what level you are. For example if you are level 60, your going to want to be using your Twilight Temple Weapon which if memory serves is a Blade type weapon of the single blade variety.
Similarly at other high levels you're going to want to use other high level weapons that are of various specific types.Acc 1: TolanSky ~ ● Seeker / Daearena ~ Mystic / ThornLily ~ Veno
Acc 2: Veilana ~ Sin / QueenBlubrry ~ Cleric / Lemondrop ~ Psychic0 -
If you want to use decent weapons and do decent damage... you are pretty much stuck with 1 handed/claymore. R8 is claymore. R9 is claymore.0

So far maximum demage would be Nirvana second recast. Only problem is to get it..
But honestly:
- Single blade is faster, but weaker. Which is a good choice if you wana throw a stance on the target.
- Dualblade is slower but more dmg. This is the better choice as a seeker mainly uses skills and skills are not that much speed based(channeling is independend from the weapon speed)
So I would suggest take Dualblade if you can. Take R8, once you got to 100, because there is no better Dualblade in this case. Or Take Nirvana if you can afford it.0 -

Could you please name any of worthy ones?
I looked it up in the database and failed to find any TT "dualblades".So I would suggest take Dualblade if you can. Take R8, once you got to 100, because there is no better Dualblade in this case. Or Take Nirvana if you can afford it.
And again, could you please provide us with the name for seeker's R8?
Just for the sake of us looking it up in the database and making comparisons.
Thanks in advance.0 -
It's not the fact that blades are weaker, its the fact they have a larger range.
Dual blades are more averaged out. Its like axes vs poleaxes.
TT80 Dual swords Shinrotwins
TT90 Dual swords Dragon seekers
TT99 Dual swords annihilation
TT90 Blade Firelotus Blade of the Dragon
TT99 Blade Devil blade
Very affordable swords.
Look at forges over database.0 -
I don't understand why this question is asked so much.
As far as the style of sword, it does not matter-- you can't go wrong. Everyone's points about the pros/cons of each sword are valid. Once you begin using TT and legendary equips, be smart and use equips that will go according to your build. (What gives better crit., Vit, or Str, etc.)[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Dual for stronger skill/skills spam.
Single for easier marking and activating debuff. b:victory0
