For the set bonus i would assume the weapon and the belt piece will not count towards the set bonus, so it would be the top, bottoms, boots and sleeves. Rank 8 boots and sleeves will also be added for all other classes, which will cost 100 wedding candys to unlock then 1m per attempt.

Recasting Costs

Note about Recasting stages: I am assuming it follows the same pattern as nirvana recasting, so Stage 1 will recast your rank 8 weapon/ armour to a higher grade and base damages whilst retaining the same add-ons and the second stage will refresh with the new add-ons. Stage 3 would be the cost for additional attempts at recasting your weapon and armour again for new add-ons.

Note on Recasting: Rank 8 recasting requires chienkuns stones if you wish to transfer sockets, refine and gems.

So in summery you will need to be in a faction with a guild base and active officers in order to farm recasting materials or buy from merchenters who farm and sell, the instance dose have a 100 player limit so i would assume it wont be solo farmable. Rank 9 recasting seems to follow the usual simple and pleasnt method of click here, recast, OPQQ.
