ReckUrWorld and the "I can beat anyone!"

Hello ~

So this is my first thread on forums <shut up.. I was asked to post this on LC forums just to show everyone what Reck always does . Even though I didnt want to :( Anyways , ReckUrWorld is a 103 Archer , probably 104 now im not sure . Here`s a link of what his gears look like : http://pwcalc.com/ef1a9e4abd2be594
He has been telling everyone since the first day he started playing that he could beat anyone . I for one have never been beaten by him on any of my chars ...To be quite honest , I remember the player Adroit when he used to farm in (Hell) for herbs and sees Reck , he goes " If you try to atk me I`ll call PC ,aka Insomnia" And Reck to sz goes :( . Its been 2 weeks since I got back to playing PWI again and when I saw Reck, he went on and on about how he could beat me in a 1v1 ...I asked him for a 1v1 and the result was >>> http://i53.tinypic.com/mvrsl2.jpg

Anyways, I`ll let you judge . Is he being a coward just like we all know on LC ,or he has the right to back off and refuse to fight me?

P.S: Reck`s fighting style ;
1: 3 sparks , pot and DD.
2: Wings of grace , 2 sparks , pot.
3: Elven Alacrity ( Lv79 anti stun skill ) , Barrage of Arrow , pot or domain when needed.

As for me , I kite like a mother****er XD .
