Spiritual Cultivation

I am a lvl 45 sin and my spiritual cultivation level is Aware of Discord, is that where it should be? or have i missed some quests somewhere?

    Go into your quest log and hit available quests, if you've missed anything it'll show up there.

    Aware of Discord is level 39 culti, so yes, you're at the proper cultivation level for a level 45. If you've killed and turned in the quests for Gouf and Khewy, you have no further cultivation quests until level 49. Also, cultivation quests are always automatically received (as long as you don't have a full quest log) so there's no reason to check available quests for them. (The one exception is in 39 culti, where will not have a culti quest visible after talking to the Celestial Elder (I think it is) until you next die. But since you're already Aware of Discord, you've gotten past that part.)
