my dq items

i just used 37k dq points and bought officers badges ,i went to mailbox and opened and clicked on the items ,but they never made it to my inventory what the hell happened please help

    Hi, Once you open your mail, you don't click the item.. but on the word "item" I believe it is on the mail. That transfers what ever is in the mail to your inventory.

    that is what i did i use the mail all the time ,my wording was in correct .and my itema arent in my inv and mail is empty

    if u have more than one acc or several toons on 1 acc it some times goes to another toon on ur acc check there first

    Your inventory and/or quest list isn't full, is it? Lots of seemingly benign actions go wonky if either of these things happen.
