New Fashion Vanished from Wardrobe after new update

yesterday I bought the new Millenium fashions, the Hair the top, the shoes, and 2 of the pants. I dyed the shoes white and put the hair top and shoes in my wardrobe and had them in my wardrobe slot #3 After the update today the new fashions in my wardrobe are gone the 2 pants I had in my normal inventory are still there but the rest is gone what is going on has anyone else had this problem??? I already put a ticket into support but this is just wrong.

    omg i thought it was me alone... i bought tons of clothes yesterday, an everything in the wardrobe was gone after the update, the only things left were what i had on.

    All I know is it seems to be from when they took the 11 and 12 star orbs out of the boutique. but it shouldn't have effected the fashion. I hope they give me my stuff back or at the very least give me my gold back and dyes I used on the fashions they took they should give us a bonus item for the trouble they caused too. Im not happy about this at all.

    b:shocked Didn't check my wardrobe....hope it didn't happen to me too...can only check after work...I highly doubt they'd give stuff back...

    This is total **** i am so mad right now, it seems that the only color of clothes that has vanished is the white and red clothing, has anyone else just had certain colors disappear,
    I hope they can fix this soon or i might just have to find another game to play

    I had my shoes dyed white so not sure about if certain colors I still have my red bottoms but they were in my normal inventory and not my Wardrobe. All the pieces I had put into my wardrobe was all that was taken.

    I had on the new outfit and it's intact.

    I really have too many outfits to tell if some are missing (all are bound) but I'll check too.

    I have put in a ticket 2 days ago now and nothing has been done and no replies from anyone. I am getting very upset and feel like I have been robbed by PWI this issue needs to be resolved seeing as I am not the only one with this problem. I hope the GMs can do something and soon its rediculous that I have to wait this long to get any results

    3 days now and nothing has been done. I have 2 pending tickets already submitted one under customer support the other for a bug report. tried the live chat feature and get nothing no one is there to help me I need a GM to deal with this issue asap I feel like I am a victim of theft by PWI from what has happened you took my items and dye and did not return my gold which I paid for Either return my gold and dye used or return the items the way I had them. the fact I have had to wait 3 days already is rediculous . I should get a bonus from having to wait this long and be this unsatisfied about what has happened to not just me. GM's need to be more active on helping with issues such as these. and should be able to help 24/7 considering the game runs 24/7 they should have someone able to help at any time. I am very unhappy with how my issue has so far been dealt with. b:angry DO SOMETHING

    GM's should be able to help 24/7 or whats the point of the GM help button in the game and this issue has been going on since the update and GM's have been on during my waitng time so why has this not been addressed yet??????this is day 3 i been waiting Gm's where on for 2 days and done nothing.

    FYI, resubmitting tickets on the same issue kicks you to the back of the line again. I wouldn't recommend doing that unless you have new pertinent information regarding the ticket.

    Well they usually respond the day after so it's not that bad. The only problem is if you submit a ticket on a friday they won't respond until monday.
