Return of +11/+12 orbs

So, can the powers that be confirm that the orbs will return to the cash shop at their original prices? If it really was about the clients crashing or technical difficulties, it shouldn't be hard for them to just come on here and say that they will return at those prices as soon as the glitch is fixed, right?
As far as I can see, that is the real issue. To simply yank these out without notice after so many people got a chance to buy them and so many didn't, that is the real unfairness of it all if, in fact, it was a pricing issue and not "technical difficulties".
So, no qq rage on this thread, please, but I am hoping they will come on here and confirm this so that the only people that really have a right to complain (those that were going to buy the orbs but didn't get an opportunity to buy the orbs, and in some instances sold some of their favorite gear to be able to buy the orbs) will ultimately have some assurance that they will get the same benefit at the same price as those that happened to purchase the orbs first.

So, yes, you do accept garbage with your mouth open. From people who have no idea what or why anything was done, let alone (more to the point of my post, in case you hadn't noticed), if the orbs will return at some point in the future and at the same price.

My question - "in case you missed it" - is this:
"Will they return at some point at the same prices?"
If they answer that "yes", then we know that all the people's speculation that they were removed due to some price glitch is unwarranted. You know, the explaination you have apparently swallowed hook, line and sinker?0 -

I am not debating whether there is or is not a crash, or whether the orbs did or did not cause it.
They apparently said the orbs were removed for one reason.
Everyone on these forums assumes they were removed for another.
It should be very easy for them to do away with that assumption. Unfortunately, this forum seems to be replete with mouth-breathers who can't focus on the purpose of something long enough to swallow their own innane need to comment on something, anything, whether its relevant or not.
Frankly, I don't blame them for not responding if this is to whom they are responding. Might as well try teaching checkers to fish.

I crashed yesterday and today, client closed for no reason at all. If this was it, it wasn't orbs.

I don't expect them to tell me "when" - that is silly. That would require them to know when they will "fix" whatever problem required them to remove the orbs. They never do that - and possibly can't.
However, it should be easy for them to say that they WILL return in the future at the same prices - that the prices were not the reason for their removal. That would both do away with the speculation and give assurances that those that jumped on the orbs first will not be unfairly advantaged forever.
For the latter circumstance is enough to make me quit this game. And I suspect I am not alone.0 -

Go tell the people who are making up out of whole cloth the conclusion that they were removed due to pricing issues. Tell them to send a pm.

You actually believe there was some logic from the orbs being removed from the boutique? And that they would perform emergency maintenance to fix a "bug" that crashes the game coincidentally concerning the game-breaking orb sale? Oh dear...0

How about instead they use logs to roll everything back. Anyone who bought/used on, gets their stuff rolled back to where it was, and gets their coin/gold back. anyone with them in inventory currently, gets the gold equalivant...0

IMO the real issue here isnt the orbs , its PWE thought that we as gamers lack any level of intellegence. Anyone who has been in PWI for any length of time KNOWS u DONT NEED MAINTANCE TO REMOVE ITEMS FROM THE BOUTIQUE.
Treat your LOYAL player base like MORONS and then wonder why this GAME FAILS.
As for Frankie..........unfortunately hes just a sheep to PWE and prob just saying what he was told to. Thats why there has been no new response to this issue......EVEN THOUGH THERE IS LIKE 4 THREADS ON THIS ISSUE.............STILL NO REAL ANSWERS. I for 1 dont expect an answer more than the BS they already gave us.

Rollback solves nothing.. it'd penalize players for ownerships' mistake.
If I charge 1,000 dollars and bought 11/12*'s, I sure as hell wouldn't want 1000G sitting in my acct with 0 11/12*'s ijs. xD
And i'm sure PWI wouldn't like to just refund the Gold to Cash either.0 -

That really wouldn't work. Some people who rarely CS CSed just for those orbs so though they may get their gold back they do not get their actual money back; since they would not have CSed in the first place but took the opportunity when this ridiculous sale happened.Push me,

Imo, clever scam to begin with on PWE's side.. I wondered why there wasn't an end-date on the sale.. ijs. And ROFL if anyone believes that Orb sale was relevant to crashing.. just wow. Stop wasting money on PWI and go grab an MRI/pet scan. ^^0

How are these orbs causing "instability" and how does REMOVING THEM "fix it"!?!?! You can still make them, it just costs a lot more. They are still being sold all over archo on Heavens Tear, just costs a lot more coin.0 -

They never lied to us, there was never an end date on the sale, so my conclusion, it was an experiment sale. I've said in many other threads there is no use crying over spilled milk, adapt to it, and move on.b:surrender
But as for the "crashing" i crashed 4 times yesterday and i never crash, (only tons of dc's) and now that they're gone i don't crash. But i think its still a coincidence.lalalala Pokemon

They offered to refund my gold back into cash when I ticketed this issue. Once again they are missing the problem altogether. This smacks of the forsaken world beta-gate. Misdirection, talking in circles and meaningless jargon to confuse people into thinking they are trying to resolve the problem.0 -
If you want an answer and will only listen to a GM then go off of what has been said currently.
Frankie stated in several places that there was a client crashing problem. Our PWE staff did not find this crash, China is the one that found it as frankie stated.
So, if China found that there was a problem that means China needs to fix it before we even hope to see the sale again. So the following needs to be done if those orbs ever come back.
China needs to find the problem and fix it. Considering China does not sell these orbs in their shop it could take a couple weeks or even a month.
Then once China does figure out and fix the problem it could be another 2-4 months before it is brought over to here.
'If' there is another d. orb sale it won't be for like another 6 months if you only go off of what our GMs are saying and no other sources.TY for my shiney new R9 PWE b:chuckle
