What should come first in r9 bow or armor?

hi guys,

I have been playing these game for three years now and am about to get done with around
1 bill(farmed coins) ingame coins for my r9s.
i really wanted to buy my r9 now without real cash and since i am now able to buy it, i wanted to ask u all pro r9ers what should i go for first , a bow or an armor parts?
if i go for r9 bow then il have to wait i guess for another month or two to make another billion or something and vice versa.
hows it going to affect my gameplat.? plz advice on this. m confusedb:surrender

    b:chuckle Hi im not a r9ers but I can give u an advice on what my friend were getting first since they have R9's armor/weap.. First they did was get the ring followed by Weapon because the armor is easy to get than the weapon... and you can farmed with ur new weapon easily i guess. b:thanks Hope that helps.

    if im not mistaken u need to get the ring before u are able to get anything else.

    after u get the ring the the weapon should be top priority. the weapon is more direct damage output for u and its only a single piece where as the armor u will need the entire set before it becomes of real use.

    Well, I'd suggest the armor first. Rank 9 is not about damage only but also about the godly defenses. I always say "don't aim for the damage output you can't handle". You may 1shot people but people may 1shot you and seeing as you're on a PvE server, aiming for defense first might be your best choice for PvE content as well.

    atm im a R9 archer, without the Bow, i went this way because i already had good bows at the time, and dont do a great deal of PK or TW,

    Def for PvE, this has worked great for me to Farm. 5.0 R9 archer now, i even tank WBs and could solo Nirvana if i really wanted, mind you im hitting refines as high as +8~+11 now with TT 100 Fists +11 (i have a BM to)

    i guess it comes down to your play style and what seems more useful to you, tho i hope my input has shed some light :)

    oh and just to add my wee bit about PK and TW, The Def of an archer Vs Nirvana and R9 gear is kinda hard for me to tank still, had a wiz the other day crit on me 2 times, 1 shotting me, and a BM 5aps his way thur me. i felt if i had more damage output things could have been different

    The bow gets you respect get that. Armor you can do bit by bit later.
