Can you get better aps by adding attribute points? if so what category do you add the points to in order to get better aps.

    No, Attribute points do not increase aps. Only gear will do that.

    Aps are "attacks per second". If you look at your weapon you'll see "Attack Rate (atk/sec) or something. That is how many times you hit per second, so 1 aps is 1 attack every second. 5 aps is 5 attacks in a single second. The highest damage per second output (dps) in the game is done by having high damage per hit (dph) and high aps so people are interested in increasing their attack rate by finding "-int gear."

    -int gear are pieces of equipment that decrease the time between attacks, meaning you attack faster. More -int gear means more aps.
