PWI Contests - Where are the winners?

Having entered a few of the contests that PWI has put on over the past 3+ years, I still have never seen a winner announced on any but the fashion design contests.

Was there ever a winner on the contest to write a story about one of the NPCs? If so, please link it. I entered years ago and have to this day seen no further mention of it.

Now, we have the PWI
Cash-shopper? That just means I have farmed REAL LIFE, and I want to spend my recreational funds in this game. +12 or GTFO!
