Someone Help I Cant Purchase Gold

Each time i go to pay gold by mobile,
when i hit the checkout button i receive a small box but not the small box you enter your phone number in but i get the exact same checkout screen where you select the amount of gold you want
Can anyone help me? its getting really annoying, its been like this for 2 full days now

    idk wuts wrong with it but happening to me too, so far hasnt been working for 3 or 4 days for me so idk when or if it will be fixed...
