    I'm curious now, if there's a helmet law in Pangu ???

    Does anyone have the Pangu compiled statutes ?

    b:chuckle afaik, there is no helmet law in PW, as it would have to apply to ALL mounted players, rather than discriminate against bikers, and there would be much QQing against that!


    however, i still recommend one for safety >.>

    we have a special word where i come from for a person wearing a helmet and riding a goldfish, and it is not a nice word......
