Instacast wizards got shutdown when they put a cap on the int and channel speeds, the cap for cast is now -90% cast
however the max you can get through all the world of pwi is -71%

as shown above with the exception of the tome.
with hell spark it adds a extra 25% to your channel speed so that would put you at -95%(above the cap) so if you needed to you could drop some of that gear and put in place some other gear. being a instcast with r9 is very usefull and can do some extreme damage if you are trying to assasinate someone. in pve using instacast can just about keep up with a assasins hell with when 4.0. So for those people who think that aps is everything, reconsider and think about the possiblities

    ok but that gear is insanely expensive and still wont come close to a permasparking sin. if you wanna quickly assassinate someone, maybe you should play a... duuur, ASSASSIN.

    and then you wake up and realize they fixed insta cast a LONG time ago.. cast times are not reduced by -channel (even over 90%)

    Eeehm, 9% channeling on a PHYS defence necklace?

    Apart from the fact that, with the exeption of a single mold lvl 105 phys def belt, there is not a single phys def ornament IN GAME that has -channeling, good luck getting 9% on a magic ornament.

    Also, you may cast sort of fast, a full R9 wizzy will be cheaper, and actually survives against other people, and can 1shot people

    Here's a short clip of -70% channel, 90%+ at the start when he sparks. Practical or not, it looks cool :) I remember most of the gear if anyone cares - not THAT expensive, though he did say he made over 3000 necks until he got a -9% one b:shocked
