I was wondering if anyone else notices this, or if it is just me. This has been a little while, so you'll have to think back a few maint. ago.

I had my sin in TTlvl 80 armor, def 2709 (unbuffed) and now mobs are doing much more than before previously 750ish, now 800ish and I have better armor

has anyone else noticed this?

It's a Spark Nerf, not an APS nerf. The APS will still be there, but you won't be able to spark as much.

89-100's are going to be more affected by this nerf than anyone else. It's like they're telling me to go play another game. >_>

As for stuff in Frost hitting harder, I noticed that too. I could solo shades unsparked without using pots. Now, I have to use food; my HP falls a lot faster than it did before.

    100 Demon BM*/Barb
    96 Demon Cleric/Sage Seeker

And a handful of other alts, all 79 and under.

There's been a few threads about this, mostly from sins that weren't able to solo stuff they could solo before, or had a harder time doing so. I'm curious as to what has changed... server or client side.

I hope they increase mobs's hitpower.

PW was becoming way too easy, IMO

Getting Chi while sparked nerf. So all demon classes but sin will not be able to permaspark without unlimited venos/pots/genie

I also, without joking, noticed a few mobs that randomly do more damage and/or more resistant. Must have been a bad day or something, yeah I always check if I have my blessings on. I do think mobs have a random range in atk/def and sometimes they just have the max possible, as to know if it would affect a whole dungeon like FC, i'm not sure,

My exemple is Blackhole in my case :

Last time I fought him I was doing 250-350 less damage per hit not asparked..(Sue me i don't have more then + 5 Deicides nor a rank ring) , and he was doing 300-400 more to me per hit. I had EXACT same equipement, nothing broken, and EXACT same blessings/buffs.

So I dunno if it's a funny joke from the devs to pump up difficulty cause everyone went R8/R9, but do they even think that if they do that, they will discourage any new player coming or those that can't cs or merchant correctly ?
Proud supporter of the new expansion. Sure it has it's share of bugs, like any games. But for a pure farmer/grinder, that's a whole lot of new mobs to go beat up b:chuckle

You fail. Bathe with your toaster plugged in.
Hey! That s0unds like a great idea.

    There, I fixed it.

I haven't been back in frost once. I'm too busy getting stuff ready to move 350 miles away, into an apartment that won't be ready for an entire month, and start a new job in 3 days.

I did notice that the bosses/mobs in TT1-2 hit a little less than I remember. Normally they're a bit of a nuisance on my Sin, but tonight I did them pretty easily on my Archer (normally involves dieing a lot, not the case tonight). Other than the server/our clients/something on the internet glitching and healing stopped working for a few seconds, I never died except twice. Normally I die a few times tanking on Archer.

I've got mixed feelings about Frost being changed. For one, I would like to take my BM, Barb, Cleric, Psy, Wizard, Seeker, Mystic, and nubby Archer in when they are in the 75-80 level range for actual FCC runs. If it gets HARDER to run the instance, it's going to push people more towards buying Heads and away from doing actual FCC in the lower levels. This means, instead of Quest from 1-19, grind for hay from 20-22, quest from 23-38, grind for fruit from 39-41, then BH from 42 to 74, then run FCC/BH from 75 to 90, then just FCC from 91 until endgame, I'm gonna have to BH from 42 until 91 now because it's getting harder and harder to find people to actually run FCC.

Maybe Wanmei wanted to distance PWI from the 'grindfest' image that Chinese MMO's typically get, but damn, it's got a worse image than that. If the only way to level my character up at level 80 is to buy heads, I'm gonna quit. i spend time and money farming my gear, even at low levels, there's no way I'm gonna spend even more money to just powerlevel to 101 and not enjoy that ****ing gear I spent so much time farming.
