My suggestion is which im sure other players who have psy agree to increase or make atleast the following skills made by tokens

Sage or Demon: Spirit Blast & Aqua Impact

I am sure that everyone would appriciate that idea.

    got the same problem with my wizards dragon's breath the chance of an old book is 1/13 and it never comes on sale on auction so I know what you are talking about

    The problem is the drop lists of FB89 bosses have to be upgraded so that they also drop the skill then your problem should be solved. The main problem is you can never know if there are some 99 bosses who would drop those skills because people not kill all in BHs except in the SoT runs.
