    Yes, which is why he said "outside the race", them balls of light are in the daily horse race.

    Thats uh I think its for a quest........ actually that came there in the months leading up to the tideborn. I think its immune to damage.............there are a couple around the world all of them are immune to damage.

    They are, but they act exactly like the balls in the races. I went over by one and it put slow on me and then disappeared. It then reappeared in another spot behind me, so I can't imagine it's for a quest.

    There's a random one in DT as well but I never could get close to it since it was surrounded by the mini Mantavip mobs.

    mmmmm must be thinking about other glowing orbs :P I know something similar is stored in my memory banks I just don't remember where it applies.

    I found an other floating light near Tellus the other night except its colors were orange, pink, blue, and had two different colored rays. It was shining light down to a floating mailbox in the middle of nowhere.

    I telestunned a mob in TT1-3. It happened to be running under the floor...

    I fell through the bottom of the instance, and was able to run around under TT1-x, 2-x, and 3-x. I teled out and ran back in so i could finish the TT. XD

    that blue orb isn't always there, but i've seen it as well.. it's.. shy, lolz.

    it is pretty near where a tower spawns for a marriage quest. maybe it has something to do with that??

    if ya search you'll find stuff about it

    basically from what i remember, they were some part of the wedded daily's, & something about being bot deterrents.
