Post Info for Problems With Jones Blessing Here ONLY!

Ok i had this problem for 1moth or so.. <.< and i tryed to get my bless from others computers.. i used opera, firefox, explorer etc.. and i couldnt get any bless -.-U
but! just today i could get it.. and what did i do to be able to get it again? ok, i just made another facebook and login with it.. and thats how i could get it

So my "main" character is the one that is actually linked to a Facebook account, when my alternate character(using a separate email for dual client playing) does NOT link to a Facebook account... Why is it that my alternate character that isn't liked to FB able to get the Jones' Blessing but my main character linked to FB does not......? Not to mention that the Divine Order of the Shadow(lvl 51-80) item I receive after Bounty HunterI don't work even though my character is level 57.. Is my account just completely glitched out or do I just happen to be catching bad luck with everything..? I'm getting sick of things not working on here.. I WILL NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS GAME(since there are so many things not even working)

Is anyone else having the same issues as me..? GMs seem to not even work on the issues and how long has Jones' Blessing been having kinks..?

I tried what UVF suggested. When I got to where you select the blessing, I clicked the down arrow. Nothing happened for about 10 minuets. Then the PWI home page came up.

I tried to report this on this forum but chrome appeared to have quit working.

I opened up IE9 to report this problem but it would not work.

I shut down both browsers.

I then rebooted the computer and when it came back up my Norton Internet Security software reported it was not able to start. It popped up a page that I was to use to scan and fix the anti virus software.

It downloaded 140 meg of data and told me to reboot. I did.

Next I get the same screen and this time it was not able to fix itself. It told me the software would have to be uninstalled and reinstalled. This was ok for me but their installed had not finished after 15 minuets. So I shut down my computer---but it would not shut down. It was stuck at the 'shuting down' screen for about 10 minuets.

I powered off my computer and powered it back on. Now I cannot connect to the internet.


Luckly I am a firm believer in Norton Ghost. I do a monthly complete system backup with an incremental weekly backup. Monday the 5th was my last backup.


I restored the computer and It now works with no problems noted after 40 minuets.

WATCH OUT WHAT YOU DO TO GET THE BLESSING. I sure will now be playing the game without the BLESSING until it is fixed.


WHICH I DO NOT THINK PWI HAS ANY IDEA HOW TO FIX IT.

Ive tried everything, updating internet explorer, updating firefox, updating java, updating adobe reader, update adobe flash player.. everything.. and i still cant select character.. i used to make sure i got 1 every day but now i only have 2 jone's blessings left in my mailbox.. equal to 2 weeks of jone's blessings left cuz i cant claim any more.. please help

Thank you for your report. We are currently aware that there are users who are having trouble redeeming the Jones Blessing, even after successfully Liking the PWI Facebook account. We'll be looking into a solution for a future maintenance update to have this fixed up as soon as possible, so users can continue with this item as normal. Until then, you'll need to continue with the current status of the character for when this is resolved.

I dont understand why people keep posting here with the problem of 'Can not select character' when there is a solution right here! Any questions please post them on the below thread and I will try to answer asap.
