I got that message... and now its saying my username/password is wrong o.O

Anyone know whats up?

    I don't want to alarm you but usually, that can mean someone has logged into your account from another computer, or if you're running multiple clients and log into your own account from one client and boot yourself from the other it could say that as well.

    I would send in a ticket asap if you can, as long as you know for sure no one else should have your information.

    Wouldn't it tell me the account Is already logged in though? not that the password is wrong? ;o

    It could possibly mean that the hacker has changed your password as well.

    Send a ticket here: http://support.perfectworld.com/ and remember to change your password frequently. Also, run a scan on your computer to try and detect any keylogger programs that might have infected your computer.

    Ever noticed the 'force log' button?

    Lets you boot someone if they're logged in.

    Time to reset your password, then use the IP it shows when you log in to track down the person who got into your account.

    You will know the exact time, if you can find their ISP, and it's not something really atrocious like AOL, you might be able to get the person who did this kicked off the internet (AKA, blacklisted). Good luck though, finding an ISP from an IP can be tricky, and unless it's a static IP, the ISP might not even know which user on their own network did it (a la AOL, they didn't track... like anything on their own servers).

    I can login on the homepage just fine... but not the game.... this sucks.

    if you get auto-banned while in game, this will also happen.
    You will get booted and told your login/password is wrong upon trying to relog back in.

    I had a VPN client running and got auto-banned because of it. Running a VPN to appear from another region, or with an open proxy will do this according to the person I was talking to.
    I got booted (looked like someone else logged me in) and my account was locked. I got an email almost instantly saying what had happened.
    Upon reading the email, i submitted a ticket, and they unlocked my account. Might want to find your email address and check for anything like this too.

    I know what happened because the exact thing happened to me. You logged in from either a restricted IP country, such as China or using a proxy. The game auto booted and banned you. You need to send in a ticket for unban.

    Idk then, but you shouldn't have to worry about other people having your info. It seems like an auto boot-ban.

    Btw, If I was banned or someone changed my password... why would I still be able to login into the homepage with no problems? o.O

    This. If it was in fact a ban, you will get blocked from the forum/site as well eventually.

    Let your email provide know your forgot your password, and then you'll be able to get into that. Once you are, you can resolve this issue.
