mount stuck as ticket

well i got the tickets for my mount and blessing and hyper stones... BUT thats all they are is tickets i can get them to change into what they need to be there stuck in my bag and when i click them they say cannot use item. Has anyone else had this issue?b:angryb:cry

    u have 20/20 quests trash 1 and u will get it :)
