Have you ever experienced the flyer bugged speed yet?

I know many people out there from other servers may have these issue aswell, so if you have experienced these bug before or after any mayor expansion like rasing tides or the new genesis one its the time for you to share your screenshoots with others and also to let PWI know that these bug exist and its still active.

It was a surprise to see that these topic by being so old wasnt related to bugs or any other similar issues when i tried to submit a ticked about it.

If you are new to the topic and dont know what its about let me tell you about it :]

Some boutique flyers or special ones have a chance to experience a bug in theyr flying speed if they have 3.2 min - 6.2 max status they become 3.0 - 6.0, also if they are 3.0 - 5.0 they change to 2.5 - 4.5

as you can see its a really anoying bug that affects flyers speed and devalutes them so many peple end up trying to sell the older aerogear in order to get a new one not bugged.

Also because these kind of flyers cant be upgraded by any means and im not talking about the event ones that seem to come also with a fixed speed.

If you have experienced these bug with any kind of mount or flyer, let us know by sharing a screenshoot and if you can tell us in these post how did it happen to see if finaly something can be done about it thanks b:thanks

There was a bug that affected Iridescence, Rose Gold Gourd, and Razor Sting, at some point their speed was changed from 3.2 to 3.0 after a patch long time ago. This is indeed a bug, you need to send a ticket they will give you further instruction on how to replace the bugged aerogears for 3.2 ones.

About the dragonfly there is no bug, the dragonfly from the boutique is indeed 3 m/s, but the dragonfly that you could get from the packs was 2.5 m/s.

Hi, it was with the hercules/nix packs: Perfect Chest, check that the dragonfly listed is only 2.5 m/s.

yeah i saw the colossal dragonflye status at the pwi data base, seems that in other versions these flyer used to have that kind of status and that wasnt corrected in the database nor in those kind of packs whats make them even more weird b:chuckle

Also the razor sting untamed flyer seems to have the status of 3.0 - 6.0 in other versions and in the same database that may be te reason of the bug itself to appear when a mayor upgrade of the game is done like the last expansions tide and genesis.

but still can be consider a bug if brought from the boutique or an error from PWI to give these kind of flyers in packs with those status in these pwi version and thats still worst than the bug itself b:laugh

they got them first with the status already bugged 3.0 - 6.0 from the packs and then pwi made a sale of those same flyers with the speed values corrected 3.2 - 6.2

as a fact why is the waining cloud cheaper if it acelerates faster than the collosal dragonflye ? 3.0 - 6.0 instead of 3.0 - 5.0 is it because the lvl requirementes? I would never know b:surrender

It's due to PWE's convoluted sense of pricing and stupidity. Nothing more, nothing less.

Not sure how exactly it works...

But for some mounts, if you type their name in, it comes up with multiple results. For using the filter the way you are, it will show all colossal dragonflies...

If, however, you were looking for a 3.0 Israfel, you used to be able to filter by just that. Not sure if it still works that way.

The Iridescence, Rose Gold Gourd, and Razor Sting were in CS once for 50 gold where they were 3.0 which was faster than the 2.5 ones unless you used wind widgets =O

So your brother's mount isn't glitched, it's just a really, really old mount xD

he brought his aerogear from the boutique shop at the same time I brought my old razor sting flying mount and i can assure you that both of them where 3.2 - 6.2 at that time before the tide expansion update that was one of the reasons whe brought them. after that update they suddenly became 3.0 - 6.0 and remain that way until now.

They were old flyers but thats no excuse for the speed to change latter on or to have different speeds from packs or boutique for the same tipe of aero gear in these pw version, if they cant recognize these error then its just a lame excuse either way you look it.

yes there was a cash shop or pack event before that one and many ppl complain about theyr aerogear to be less faster than the same flyers being sold latter on.

There is so many bugs with flying you may as well just walk :P.

-Wrong Speed bug

-Landing bug ( in tw, you have a 20-40% chance you wont land and you will bounce up off the ground a bit and wont be able to cast till you move).

-Speed boost bug (sometimes when the effect wears off you go back to zero speed and have to accelerate again, negating the point of even speed boosting to start with (happens with both psy and genie speed buff skill.

-Speed buff bug number 2. Often when using this skill on psy or genie it will rubber band you back really far, so you actually prolly went slower than using the skill altogether.

-Psy speed buff bug, when flying along you often cant cast it even spamming the skill sometimes it wont work. Works fine around 50% of the time. Skill should be made instant cast to get rid of this stupid bug.

Flying in TW has pretty much dropped off ALOT since these bugs came into the game. (yes they were not always there). No point flying if when you land 20% or more of the time you are gonna get bugged, and if you get frozen while bugged you cant cast.

Not much point complaining no GM will read this let alone fix or look into them. I have logged tickets for all of them. No response.

Actually, this isn't a bug at all.

As mentioned in the wiki, the Anniversary Pack came with the Aero Delight item, which provided the Iridescence (elf), Rose Gold Gourd (human), and Razor Sting (untamed) aerogear with a +3.0 speed. Later on, they were sold in the Boutique with +3.2 speed.

If you have the +3.0 version, submit a ticket that includes a screenshot of your aerogear showing the aerogear's speed and they will help you get your aerogear upgraded.

This problem has only reared its ugly head again because Anniversary Packs are back on sale.
