Anniv. Ticket Question

Probably a simple question, but I have been out of the game for awhile and working on getting my bearings with changes since I have been away.

I have received my anniversy gift tickets but do not know how to use them. When I click on the fashion ticket, it says not able to use right now.

A little help would be greatly appreciated.

    You'll need an empty quest slot and a couple of empty inventory slots.

    I had thought this might be the case, since I had two open slots in my inventory and thinking that the fashion ticket would possible require more than two open slots. So, I opened up 8 slots and clicked on the fahsion ticket, and again, "this item can not be used now".

    Had the same problem. Not sure what changed, but checked my inventory and it had changed from a ticket into a box that said to right click it. When right clicked the fashion items appeared.

    If you have open quests, and clearing out space didn't help, attempt a re-log. This basically restarts (similar to a computer where you have to restart to install some programs) the information of your character, and may fix any issues you might have with those tickets not working correctly.
