Would it hurt to just glance up and actually read the sticky'ed post on the subject in the very same forum? It answers your questions. It tells you exactly what you need and what squads are recommended.

Usually FC is for 85+ only. Anyone lower...idk. Just seems like cheating. Or laziness. Although alot of people don't seem to have an issue with that.

the official level for doing FC is 75+
the reason people wait till they're 85+ (i'd call it at 80+ actually) is cuz usually when your squad is any lower than that you get pwn'd

Better 89+ cuz when I get grouped with a sin lower then me, he thinks he outdamages me with a double spark, gets all arrogant and tryies to tank.
AP classes are a real butt pounding...

The best way to run FC is the same with any instance:

1 - Enter slowly and observe the mobs

2 - Remember all mobs/bosses/instances have rules > learn these

3 - FC has magic mobs that can slow you, flying harpies that tend to be a pain in the tushie - but, always in the same locations and never respawn.

4 - There are mobs that are necessary to open doors, these the sin will learn about and learn how to get to them through walls, kill them, and steath to the next one. Killing this mob is their responsiblity. There are two smaller magic mobs on either side of most of these, in one location there are two mobs that stun you. The best way to learn about these is by watching YouTube and a Sin solo.

5 - You kill each boss to open doors to move on to the next boss.

6 - Boss 1 is a dragon, rather lazy and calls upon circular fire to shift around him - which will kill you. When you see them, move. Kill him while dancing around them. Care, sometimes he slows you and you can't get out of the flame-circles fast enough (use holy path).

7 - Boss 2 is a fun one. These female mobs try to wake him up and he also never really moves from his perch to kill you. Rather he likes to be funny and put a blue bubble on you, as you slowly die or sleep you. Really fun boss, that everyone hates. You can kill the girls summoning him but need to do it quick. Good experience.

8 - Boss 3 is optional - she is a dragon and summons 2 dragon helpers (one by one). Good experience and basically she is just a complainer about how no one ever leaves. To do this one - you need to take the quest in the beginning. The reward is experience and an item you give to the Elder thats after the final 3 hard bosses - past experience room. (most do not do this till they are higher levels). The elder gives out a box with misc. junk.. uh I mean items.

9 - Boss 4 is also fun - he likes to summon female mobs (one by one) that take your buffs and whomp you while making a war-cry. You need to stun these as soon as they appear and kill. Stay close together as a team here. Rebuff after. He has an aoe type of burn.

10 - Boss 5 - Slash....... the Run Your *** off boss. He does a nice chance and will basically pull his arms up - and then down (here you spark & then AD - or run). Run far and fast then back to him. DO NOT interrupt his channeling or he speeds up. He is a true pain.

11 - Boss 6 - This one stands in one spot and best to interrupt his channeling bec thats when he uses his aoe. Buff well before this one.

12 - Experience Room - Kill the 5 harpies first, lure out and kill the four Captains. This boss has a small aoe - summons hands that explode if not hit - and has a little guy he demands you kil runing around him (DONT HIT HIM) - do nto aoe here once the little guy appears and kill the hands as soon as they appear.

13 - Clear the mobs remaining once this boss is dead (these are fun to round up and aoe).

14 - Talk to the NPC and start the heads (use bows) - head are little floating mobs that are just ugly. They POP up and fade out very quickly. Best method? Use bow if your a dder and put that blade representing Normal Attack on a short-cut key. Keep htting tab and it.

15 - After this is 3 more bosses but dont' even try unless you have a DD'er that can solo them.

For this instance team work is key. Do not underestimate these magic mobs and how much pain they cause. Ensure buffs are continual, ensure cleric is with you (don't run ahead).

You get faster - and it does get smoother. If anyones on HL and wants to learn, drop me a line.

Yeah yeah I dont remember names but again, all instances have rules as do mobs. Just understand them, learn them, and you'll be fine.

Since we have entered the realm of making pointless troll posts......

    1. Can you like please not use the word like as it like makes you sound like a 13 year old girl....like?

    2. Can you please learn how to spell the word "better"?

    3. Can you please learn how to use proper grammar?

    4. If the amount of words used by Aizza is too overwhelming for you, I strongly suggest you stay away from these things called books....they will only scare you.

Postscript: Honestly, I try to be a nice person.....I just cannot resist trolling trolls.

I was with you up until this point. Why would you even say this? The last 3 bosses of FC can be done easily with any squad with a proper tank/cleric that knows what they are doing.
Boss right right after heads does a massive debuff and stuns........so what? Clerics have purify, don't they? They have IH stacks, don't they? And any barb in the proper range for FCC should be able to tank thru these no problem. Holeen isn't even that bad, as the cleric can BB through the whole thing.
The rest of your post was great, but this is the worst advice you can give someone : to not even try unless you have a high level DD to solo it for them. Especially when it's entirely, and relatively easily, doable by people who know how to play their classes.

Boss 3 is a Styren (seems to be a cross between a falcon and a satyr/nymph/faun) and spawns DRAGOONS. 2 O's. Get it right people.
A dragoon is a type of heavy cavalry, a dragon is a giant mythical "lizard."

Adding onto what Raven said, that wasn't even a wall of text. Aizza used a very good and easily readable list format.

+1. My faction recently did an FC run with an all under 85 squad (range was 77 to 83 I think) with me swapping the 80-ish cleric for 92 veno to open/summon second boss/summon heads, and wiped at Holeen as the timer ran out. A second run on a subsequent weekend with basically the same squad (but slightly higher level, two were over 85 but still in their 80s, I think low was 79) finished all the bosses except the jail boss.

It helped that nearly all of us already knew the dungeon, though.
