Cannot get quests from base manager

After the latest update, I have not been able to get any daily quests from the faction base manage. Currently, I have a support ticket in investigating this.

They first told me to verify files and try a reinstall, but that did not solve the issue. Many others in my faction say they can no longer get the quests either.

Is anyone else having this issue? Has it been resolved?

    Are you able to see the quests and not get them, or are they just not showing up?

    Is your quest list or inventory full? (always have 4 empty slots in inventory)

    Aside from that, I haven't experienced the issue.

    I'm experiencing the same issue, and also submitted a trouble ticket a couple days ago. No response yet, but I'm not surprised. It takes a little time to wade through trouble tickets.

    Quest list not full, inventory not full, no incomplete faction dailies to block the gaining of new ones.

    It's also affecting ALL of my characters, not just one. A friend of mine recently realized it's the same with all the characters on her account.

    Yep, a lot of my faction members are saying the base manager doesn't give them quests anymore either. And I can log in from different computers and have the same issue. It's odd.

    I have quest space, don't have those quests, and... they just don't show up anymore.

    Can anyone else who is having this issue please post and let me and the folks at PWI know? I still have a support ticket in... but they keep requesting me to make a thread here so they can gather more info... even though I already have this thread.

    Anyone else not getting their quests still?

    I used to get a couple of quests from the NPC in arch who transports you too the faction base but none r showing up any more, as for quests from inside the base wouldn't know as i not in a faction with a base any more. i av spare quest slot, no quests left over from B4 etc, the quests that used to show , r jus not anymore

    A few questions if you will, to make sure:

    1) Does your faction have a base?
    2) Are you taking the quests outside of the base?
    3) Were you able to take the quests from outside the base itself before?

    My friend is having a problem picking up the quests from the NPC that teleports you to the entrance of the base, if that is the same case as it is for everyone, I'll have Frankie look into it ASAP.

    I used to do these quests alot but now i can't b:cry

    But my faction does not have a faction base yet.
    Is it possible that pwi changed this quest so u can only do this quest when youre faction has a faction base?

    there were one or two quests that you could get from the base manager even without a base. One rewarded exp/spirit and one rewarded merit.

    I just figured that they were removed because they got implemented incorrectly or were a fluke.

    My entire faction can not get the quests they previously got daily outside of the base. The quest giver now has a white flag instead of orange and will not give anyone a quest. And yes this has happened since the blunder in SP.

    I think he means the Faction Contribution quests which any fac can do.
