Do you really exist??? do you really have a clue about whats going on in the game????

would be nice to have updates on problems ppl have instead of nothing... you represent the company.. could you please actually do somthing or just explain as to why this has happened to many loyal pwi followers.... b:bye

    not a gripe just the fact after 12hrs of waiting on an explantion as to why they somehow reset ppls passwords would be nice.... but then again no gm to answer or mod to give a explantion just send an email is all we get .... not a gripe just annoyed at the customer support and the support of gm's/mods b:angry

    that was posted yesterday at 5:23pm its now 11:34am and still no update hmmmm hows that helping? oh i forgot your the one with your main account and able to log on.. try see it from the ppl who cant log on main accounts instead of just stating the obvious

    Well they don't need to give an every hour update...If you're still having issues, then obviously it isn't fixed yet? They did ask to be patient X_x They know the problem is there and they are working on it . No need to get all defensive.

    no need for an every hour update but perhaps an update after 18hrs would be nice being patient is one thing .. waiting 18hrs for a answer is another... b:shutup

    There has been no reason for pwi to change our passwords. They would've known this issue would've occured if they had used their brains. It's not just a minor bug problem. Must admit, thinking ahead isn't pwi-style...

    Well they have a reason now...the said it was for "Security Issues" sounds like its for the better of ppls accounts..so why complain. It does seem rather annoying, but they didn't just do it to **** ppl off and watch them rage over their account pass changing.

    sorry but all i see is players trying to cause b:angry all i can say hope this happens to you then i can sit back and laugh at you.... try to put the shoe on the other foot... and see it from those that have had there accounts locked and how would you feel... maybe you wouldnt be as sarcastic or relaxed about it.....

    I just had a GM pop into an instance right now to resolve a ticket. I find the support team to be pretty good, a lot better than the response we get from the devs.

    Yes, Mods exists, and since mods are players that play ingame they know exactly what going on ingame. Another thing about Mods is that their only job is to keep the forums from becoming infested with troll/flame threads. Mods don't really "work" for the company they are just normal players like the rest of us that volunteered to become Mods. They also don't get paid, they don't have the power to ban or un-ban people ingame and they can't update or change anything that gos on ingame. So you can't say anything about Mods.

    But for the GMs/Devs on the other hand..... err.... yea.. b:surrender

    Well.. seeing since a large part of the issues are User Error.. what do you expect them to do?

    the reset email does show took 4 hrs then the next day the email informing me of the mass reset finnly arrived. seems there mail server is alll jacked up. as for the fox not arriving for many of us who qualfy i think its a bug they have to sort.

    acully it was not user error it seems its still stated on or before sept 30 2008.

    I'll say it loud and clearly, I don't care if it's already been said earlier in this thread.

    GMs and mods are not


    PWI's developers.


    GMs police the game. Mods police the forums. That's IT. The developers are in CHINA, and we can not communicate with them that easily. End of story.

    lol the gms are not gonna be near until Tuesday. and guess you never worked as a gm. they are the babysitters and debuggers of the lousy devs. they are the guys that have to deal with all the angry people because the devs cant get it right. and even when they don't fail on a epic scale tickets always stack up for the dumbest stuff.
