Client 560 out of date?

Every time i try to log in to pw, it tells me my client is out of date. I'm running the latest update!
Also, every single server is in chinese now. Help?

    Have you tried clicking Verify? See if that works! b:thanks

    a fraction mate had same probelm, while trying to help him fix it, i found out that file containing list of servers is gone missing after last uptade, and his game is trying to connect to chinese servers, i send him this file and it fixed the problem.

    file is named serverlist.txt and its located here:
    patch to your pwi\patcher\server

    it should contain this:

    US West
    [EN - PvE] Archosaur 29000:pwiwest4.perfectworld.com 6
    [EN - PvP] Lost City 29000:pwigc3.perfectworld.com 5
    [EN - PvE] Sanctuary 29000:pwigc2.perfectworld.com 4
    [EN - PvE] Heavens Tear 29000:pwigc4.perfectworld.com 3

    US East
    [EN - PvE] Raging Tide 29000:pwieast3.perfectworld.com 20
    [EN - PvP] Harshlands 29000:pwieast1.perfectworld.com 9

    Europe
