Hi.
It has been brought to my attention that several of you new and slightly confused individuals are having trouble accessing the FB29 (Deception) dungeon. It is understandable considering there are some extremely awesome changes (intentional or not) that have happened with this latest patch.
So! Are you level 21+ and trying to reach that dungeon guarded by a slew of excited PKers? Not to worry! There is a wondrous device created by the ancients to prevent you from dying at the hands of the masses on the way in!
It is called the Illusion Stone.

Note: Using the Illusion Stone will cost 5,000 coins for this teleport.
If you do not have 5,000 coins available for the teleport I highly recommend running outside West Archosaur's gates for approximately 10 minutes and killing everything in sight, and picking up your drops to sell at a local Tailor, Blacksmith, Apothecary, Merchant, or other NPC. It should not take any more than 10 minutes for you to accumulate the amount necessary for this teleport, at level 21+.
If you are UNDER 21 and need to access the Deception Dungeon:
Generally people under level 21 will be accompanied by a higher level character that is assisting them on their quest. You or this higher level should announce in General Chat "Me and (insert name) are passing through, do not PK us or we will screen shot and report you." This should give you access. People do not generally like the idea of being banned and you will most likely be left alone. If for some reason you are not~ do as you threatened. Screenshot the "You were killed by" message and submit it via the ticketing system. If you want to you may then go back and say "I have reported you once, let me through or I will report you again and you are guaranteed a ban." Or something similar. Ignore any negative comments they may reply with.
Do you have quests inside the Secret Passage?
When you enter and are in safe zone, kindly announce in General Chat "I am here to do quests, don't kill me or I will screen shot and report you." This will generally get people to leave you alone, and may actually get you help on your quest if a nice bored pker is around. If they try to snap back with any kind of reply of a negative manner, simply ignore them.
Now! A note to the people exploiting the glitch!
DON'T RUIN IT. If someone is obviously low level, don't kill them. If someone is obivously escorting lower levels: Don't kill them. Use your common sense and maybe they will let us keep this for a while. We all know it's frikkin rad for us bored higher levels.

One thing to be noted, when using the illusion stone to teleport to Hall of Deception, there is a 99% chance you will be attacked by the mobs near the teleporter. In which case, some squishies will find themselves dead, or nearly so, when they tele in.

Dear confused player. Hello. How are you today?
The latest patch has given us some exciting new content! We now have a pure-caster version of Nirvana. We have a modified map that is now visible even on widescreen monitors!
One of the unannounced additions via this new patch is a change to the instance known as Secret Passage, or Hidden Heroes Tomb. The entrance to this instance can be found at 569, 743. This instance contains many mobs of the lower level variety, such as Ancient Evil, which is required for the quest at level 38 "Crimson Pendant." There are several others.
This "Secret Passage" is also the "on foot" route to the FB29 "Deception" Dungeon.
Until now Perfect World has disabled flying inside ALL instances. Thanks to some recent developments (intentional or not) this latest patch has ENABLED flying. PKing between blue named (not in pk-mode) characters has also been enabled. All of this only applies to Secret Passage.
This means that even if you do not ->want<- to engage in Player Versus Player fights, which you normally elect to do by turning your "PK mode" on, you may be attacked at any time.
SO! To avoid getting attacked if you do not want to engage in player versus player fighting, I reccomend you take the steps originally suggested in the first post of this thread.

And yeah, there is no real airtight way to get quests like Ancient Evil/Shade Eido/Dismal Shade finished in safety. Maybe silver frost, since you need some high levels to kill that dog.

There is another instance on the map that is PK-Enabled. This means you can attack each other even if blue named. It is called Cave of Sadistic Glee. This is a high level instance with high level mobs. It's also annoying to get to.
There are certain rooms inside the Cube (level 40+) that are also PK ENABLED.
Warsong City is also PK enabled.
So no, it is NOT necessarily a glitch that PK and flight has been ENABLED inside Secret Passage. We are not sure as to whether or not it was intentional, however.
Intentional or not it's still awesome, and should be left as-is.Veteran PWIer.

There IS a global version. It's called a PVP server.
What people are so gleeful about is that now they get to PK unwitting bluenames on PVE servers to their hearts content without any risk to themselves whatsoever. Bullying encouraged, apparently, from what many happy supporters have posted.

Wait, seriously? I didn't know that instance was PK-enabled. Can you drop things, or is it like Cube?
It's also easy to get to; just use Brim teleport from the Illusion Stone.
I wonder why I don't see more PvP action in there.0 -

This guide is pointless. The title says it all, if you were trying to help you'd have chosen a title that would not offend other players. Now to the issues with your useless guide. Half the new players don't even know to check the forums when they have quests, they just click the auto-path. On the notifications when you first login it says PK is not allowed in Secret Passage so why are they going to be hesitant about going in there. How many of the new players know how to report people? Why should the fb/bh'er's(who have the least amount of coin) need to pay more to safely access the Qinzi dungeon? All the other dungeon's, except for 79, can be reached by a flyer(though yes most just port to the higher ones, they also have waaaayy more coin available). You say that the low levels can farm 5000 gold in 10 minutes, and most should be able to, but depending on class, build and gear that 10 minutes could turn into 30. Finally, why are the low players or Non-pvp'ers punished because you're bored and want to gank someone with no consequences? I honestly don't care if they put this in an arena or some other non'questing area, but they need to fix SP, regardless of if it hurts your fun.0

Dear concerned player~
This is not a pointless guide. It is a realistic method for how to effectively use the Illusion Stone and/or tell people you do not want to be attacked.
As for "noobs not knowing to check forums" there appear to be several dozen posts in general about "not being able to do quests or pass through secret passage unharmed." Thus I made this guide.
Ofc it's vaguely sardonic but what can ya do. I've been here for 3 years and seen countless problems and QQers and people whining when really all you need to do is handle the situation. This is just an explanation of HOW for people who otherwise cannot figure it out for themselves.

I support the message and intent of this post, but I feel that that taking such a lofty tone when requesting to pass the PKers is almost tantamount to asking to be killed. Personally, I would just Holy Path right on through.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

You have made it so that all low level players have 3 quest to do in Secret Passage and I went in yesterday with 2 friends to do the quest Wheel of Fate as we left me and one of my squad member were killed by another player. Neither of us were in pk mode and lost exp due to this action. This was the first death for my char and I do not see why you are allowing this to happen. If you are not in pk mode and do not except a duel you should not be killed by another player their is no where else that this is allowed and you have these quests for us to do it is not fair for this to be happening. Maybe these people should have their own seperate place to do this kind of killing where people that do not want kill like this can stay out of their way and not die for no reason. Now I have 2 more quests to do in their and another char that needs these quest also and I can not go in their because of this. I do not see that this is fair to everyone.0

I was helping a buddy the other day getting silver frost, the first room in SP was full of people PK-ing but we could get through just fine without asking. I don't really see a problem here with it0
