Secret Passage glitchers.

Really though?..Really?
Here we go, okay, so I went to Secret Passage to see if I could solo Quinqzi because I just dinged level 85 and I didn't want to do an FC, right?
And out of nowhere an ENTIRE faction drops from the sky and ganks me? Also, they didn't even go red, and to top that off, the leader said on global "ATTENTION ALL BLUE NAMES, REPORT TO SECRET PASSAGE IT'S TIME TO DIE!". I didn't think he was dumb enough to do it especially since he's already been accused of FC glitching...
Anyways..What where can I pm Frankie about this?..This is annoying..x.x

    Multiple..Seriously, it's like a have a screenshot of EVERY member of their guild killing me.
    Oh, and this is good, they killed my blue name too when doing that little culti thing.

    This penalty free pvp area has a lot of potential. Don't ruin it because of some emotional issues you have with pk. You are level 8xs ffs you weren't even interrupted while questing.

    It would be great if it were a separate area entirely and not one that low levels will need to use for quests. So yeah, it should be "ruined" because it doesn't seem like it was even intentional.

    Probably was from the chinese end, I honestly don't think it's a bug.

    There's many things the staff here don't know about their patches, it doesn't mean that the features weren't intended by the creators.

    there could be modifications to the pk rules in sp, that make it bannable for people to harrass low levels just trying to quest, and keep this feature at the same time.

    I'm serious, it's got potential,after more people started to find out about it, they all started to fly around and have fun, no one was QQing and no one was killing lowbies as far as I saw. It has great potential, and frankly(in reference to OP who i see as QQing) I don't understand why so many people seem to think pvp is haunted. Especially if it is penalty free like this...I mean he wasn't even a questing lowbie...

    bottom line is, it was bannable BEFORE the update; what makes people think that suddenly its not AFTER the update?

    I joined a PvE server by choice and after 30+ years of electronic gaming i thought about it alot before making this descision.

    Also my gear choices and even culti choices such as sage rather than demon were based on playing this game as PvE, not PvP or else i would have chosen different char development path. such as demon which seems better for PvP to me.

    Personally i hope they fix on PvE servers asap.

    In the meantime would someone please lock this thread or merge it with the other SP QQ topics? Getting *really* tired of the repeats.

    i didn't read this whole thing. but same thing here. was helping a mate with my veno. and a whole crowd of noobs in temple not able to get to qingz

    i suggest the pk'ers have their pk rank stripped?? they do it cause it counts towards their counts, right? banning (if they are being banned) isn't doing it. but if their counts were stripped back down to zero?? maybe think twice then?? b:angry

    BEFORE: Incidentally it is possible to pk, but its not allowed. AFTER: Now it is even supported by the game mechanics, as in flight possible, no penalty, etc. That makes me think pk is not only tolerated, but also encouraged in SP.

    We are told different stories here. The GMs tell us it is forbidden. The game mechanics tell us it is encouraged. Now who do you trust more, game mechanics or GMs? I haven't seen a GM in all the time I am playing...

    yeah but now even blue names can be pked. b:bye and also the gms did not say it was ok yet did they? no they said its bannable before.

    Edit: oh and by your logic the token scam of selling regular tokens as tokens of best luck shouldn't have been bannable because after all the gms said it was not ok but the game has the same icon for them so scamming must be encouraged huh?

    and again. ticket and two screens into support. does the intro message still say it's bannable?? if it 's allowed, i'll prolly just quit the game. that and the 100's of people advertising for jail fc and selling accounts.. they do whatever they please and no one stops them,

    wasn't it a permanent ban? last one begged me not to report her. said her friends said it's allowed now?? i feel kinda bad for her actually b:surrender

    Pretty sure this "surprise update" to secret passage was not intentional, because from what one of the Mods said, Frankie (the head GM) was NOT expecting this in the least. This is purely due to the incompetence of the devs.

    GM's aren't so rare on the forums, you know. They do speak up occasionally, and I've seen one or two speak in game since I began playing in 08'. Also, I trust the rules that the client shows when you first start it up. That's what you should trust. b:chuckle

    I took a level 3 into sp i said nothing to no one and was killed 5 times and submitted a ss of each attack into a ticket. After i submitted a ticket i let the players know that i submitted it 1 of them basically said oh well i dont care i wont get banned. another one said he didnt know it was bannable and actually tried to bribe me not to report him.

    Unfortunatly there are a lot of bored ppl like that... Ppl COULD be polite enough to not randomly attack blue-names unless they want to PK... But I'd like to see that happen... They could at least fix it in a way so blue names on PvE servers can't be PKed... I also like the idea for a penalty free PK instance for the PK fans... But as a pure PvEer I don't realy wanna be bothered by it especialy when helping a newby with his/her FB/BH... Not to mention all the newby's who can't even do their quests in there annymore... b:lipcurl

    Stupid rule is stupid anyway.

    They cant ban us all, lets all go a PKing in SP. Leave the lowbies alone if youre kind, but dont feel obligated to, it might be Escos alt you can slaughter at will. b:bye
