Seeker's can no longer have BP

I've been asking a lot of seeker's this and as it turns out they can not longer get BP. HOWEVER the thing is it still appears as a buff, but if you attack something you no longer blood suck. Is this a glitch or was it meant to be this way?

EDIT: After talking to many people about this we have finally come to a conclusion. It turns out that bp DOES NOT work for Seekers Vortex when they are in Delta BUT it can work outside of Delta. Is this a bug or was it supposed to happen?

    I just tried BP on my seeker. It's still works, just not on all skills. Ranged magic skills like Battousai, Ion Spike and Heartseeker dont works with BP. But skill like vortex still gets BP(atleast lvl 10, not sure about sage/demon version)

    3 of my friends said vortex doesn't get bp :o They just did a delta and got no bp from it.

    I'll ask some other people but does anyone else have some input?

    As much as i like it, vortex+bp is/was(?) pretty over powered lol, we made it to the second last boss in delta the other day when our barb ditched out at wave 2, b:dirty.

    Sort of hope it still works on vortex, wont cry if it doesn't though

    It does not work on Vortex. I had multiple seekers tell me that it did them no good when they were in delta today. :o

    You sure they weren't just BMs running in circles shooting fireworks out their butt?

    You can manage on dragoons with BM's, or just healing the seeker a little bit faster.

    Cool, let me see. Maybe it just does not work in Delta then. That would make sense since seeker is already OP. :)

    Fixed.

    No reason my 64 mystic should be able to kill a lvl 93 barb. Too many control skills, PvP knockback, almost immunity with salvation, instant heals, all kinds of plants, wtfhaxbbq cragglord. I'm goin play my mystic now b:surrender

    I'm not lying about this... idk if Seekers don't have it in just delta or what... I honestly do not have a seeker but there have been multiple complaints on wc about it. I will attempt to get you guys a SS for proof.

    Kay guys here's what happened. I did BH Delta stage 2 with friends today. IN Delta BP doesn't NOT work. Outside of it though it DOES work on vortex. If anyone finds out any other instances that it does NOT work on could you please update this and let us know? Thanks :)

    ^^ that. Plus bp should have never worked on the magical ranged attacks of a seeker to begin with considering bp clearly states it is meant for melee attacks

    In delta right now, and BP definately works on Vortex(sage), not tested other skills tho
