Purchased zen again from you..... through Paypal never been a problem... recieved email from paypal saying it payed got transaction id..... money taken from my bank account..... hmmm yet you say reviewing....... reviewing what may i ask???? you have the money.... now just give me the zen and not what your support page says its paypal that is slowing it down.... paypal sent payment...your end is the problem plz fix.... you fixed Duke Black bloody red spam try to fix a real problem.....

    i wish i could +1 this post lol totally spot on exactly the same as mine ,payment made money from bank gone ect :P

    just pure laziness from pwi ,PWI if you take the money pay the gold ,i know of 4 people who wont purchase gold from you again and im considering adding myself to that list

    you spend all your time trying to lure people back from p-servers and this is how they are treated dont be surprised if they leave again what a shambles

    so true. i bought zen too, money is gone, moneybookers says the transaction was successful. so why don't you just give us our gold? like..really =.= i waited 3 hours now and i'm also thinking about never spending gold again...so before that happens and you lose A LOT of paying users, you better get up your lazy ***** and give us our gold. kthxbai. ~

    There was an internal system issue that caused certain transactions to not post to our billing servers. We are aware of this issue and are working to resolve the issue as fast as possible. In the meantime, we can only ask for your patience while we work out the issue and have all of these transactions approved or denied. Do note that there are things that are out of our control such as system errors that can cause these issues but we will indeed "fix the real problem" as fast as we can.

    That was posted on Aug31, today Sept 02 the problem is still there. I hope nobody gets a burnout working so hard to fix this issue b:chuckle

    nice .. it has been for a 4 days or so reviewing and now the systems tellin me not to duplicate .. really nice !!
    btw i have some completed transactions after it ... but donno whats goin on .. 2 purchases completed 2 on waiting list ??
