Can't get zen

GM please look into this, i paid for 5300 zen via paypal about 2 hours ago and till now its still 0 zen!! and the purchase history says its still reviewing and waiting approval when the payment is already approved in paypal... GM please help b:cry

    Be prepared to wait for a week or so.... I have the same problem now and had it before. Had to wait for over a week for my zen and missed sales that way b:sad

    currently suffering the same thing as you guys.
    perhaps there isn't anybody currently on to review our payment.
    i say give it a couple of hours or a day.

    In my experience with this stuff you just have to be patient. Veeeeeeeeeeeery patient and hope for the best. You can safely charge more zen though, it'll probably be in your wallet faster than the one you're waiting for to complete the review process...

    It's just ridiculous though =\.

    I switched from paypal to moneybookers because up until now moneybookers guaranteed it was there with 5 to 10 minutes where as pay pal it would be a wet deam if it showed up within 3 days.

    i've been waiting for nearly 4 hours now closing in on the 5th and to be honest =\ they already have my money, i want what i paid for.

    Edit: Just checked my Moneybookers acount. as soon as i hit verify and pay. It was transferred. The mess up is on Pwi's side.

    Still waiting here too. Since the moment the game got online again so that makes it..... yeah.... 5 hours or so.

    even posting a ticket isnt answered ...no one availible in live chat...... me wonders is game finally ended and they ran off with all our money..... why cant a GM or MOD just answer one of the numerous bloody posts...is it that hard to type.... sorry we having a few issues we will endevour to sort this asap??????????

    Earn Zen clears immediatly.... payed for zen ermmmm still waiting.... should of spent the time getting the spam emails to get free zen would of got it by now lol fix this ****....

    The only time I charged Zen, it was about 200 US through paypal and it was immediate.

    yup ****ty customer service no response no nothing. i demand a refund and compensation, the **** up is definitely on your side cuz my money is already deducted. how hard it is to check with whoever is responsible and give those affected an update?
