Google Checkout Money hasn't transferred

Hello!
I transferred 10$ 4-5 hours ago to PWE via Google Checkout, and it still says "The transaction is currently in the review/approval process and will be completed shortly". Usually transaction happens in just a minute or so, but this has gone for hours now! Thinking there might be an issue with the first transaction, and since I needed cash fast, I transferred another 10$ and it has the same issue! What's happening PWI?

    This seems to be happening to a few people for some reason, including myself. I bought zen about ten hours ago and it's still reviewing even though the payment has been taken and a receipt has been sent to my email. >.<

    Wish I could help you but you're not alone. I use PayPal for all my internet purchases, including what Zen I purchase here & there & it ALWAYS goes through immediately, NEVER went through this "review" thing. I just have to transfer it then log out & back in on the game client & the gold is there. Today for some reason it's stuck in the "Review" mode you mentioned. The "Where's my Zen?" link claims if it's a PayPal transaction the hold up is them going over it "with a fine-tooth comb"...

    Oddly enough PayPal has already ok'd the payment, sent me a verification email that it's gone through & credited my acct for it there (at my bank as well), all in the normal span of time they always have. It doesn't appear to me they did anything out of the ordinary & if so I don't know how much more 'done' they can be with that process at this point, yet the PWI "review" continues.

    I'm not trying to be weird about it, I understand mistakes happen, just wondering what's been changed in that process & why mess with something that wasn't broken... AND is this going to be the norm from now on? If I miss the sale I bought ZEN for to begin with why would I try it again?!?


    *Ok, in the spirit of closure I'll edit this... 16hrs & 20min since PayPal sent me the verification of transaction' email my Zen purchase is now showing as "Completed". Will I buy more under these conditions? Who knows, if I were buying ZEN for coin to buy something in a catshop it could easily be gone by now so chances are slim to none if that's the case.

    same issue here. Had a verification procedure a few times before and those only took max 10 minutes. Now, going on 5 hours.

    could we get an explantion as to why this is happening........ doubt it gm's and mods are like big foot they dont exist cause they dont give a flying now they got the money.....b:angryb:angryb:angryb:angry

    Ok **** this. I'm not playing pwi again. This happened to me several times over the past year too, GM's don't care about people playing this game anymore. I'm just sad about my lvl 98 seeker, spent a lot of time and money on levelling him up! I'm gonna switch back to WoW instead; at least GM's reply in a timely fashion.

    i agree. i demand a refund and then im resubbing wow. it has much better combat system and gameplay anyway.

    Same problem here, i charged my zen around 8 hours ago with moneybookers. Normaly its there within a minute. Now its still sayint its "reviewing".
    I sended a ticket, its still open.

    If you have already submitted a ticket to our billing department in regards to this issue, you are ahead of the game and we need you to await a reply. For anyone who has not done so, please submit a ticket to the billing department so that we are aware of the people that are specifically affected by this issue.

    There was an internal error that caused several purchases to get "stuck" and say reviewing. Our staff has been working diligently all day to ensure this issue is resolved and that no further issues will arise from this.
