Kind and Queen of PW

Hello, i have suggestion that maybe we can have a kingdom in perfect world based on donations. And a mentoring system, in which you can accumulate points. So every 2 month or so, a king and queen of perfect world will be crowned in each server. And to maintain that royal position they need to have the top points accumulated. The people with less points can obtain other titles such as Knight or Baron or Duchess etc...
And we can have a castle for the king and queen that only they can have access too, and invite whoever they want in it, aswell as have unique king and queen outfit that cannot be bought from boutique, so that they look special as a king and queen. And we can have a certain animation bounded to the king and queen's character like flowers or a mystical glow etc with the title King of PW or Queen of PW. This way any player walking near them will know their royal status.
And those king and queen will definitely be great players since they accumulated alot of points from helping out newbies which would be great for the game and make players seek help newbies to gain a royal position.
Another suggestion is: maybe we can have a lottery system, with tickets bought for cheap like 10k coin or so, this way every player have a chance to win amazing stuff and doesn't make only players with cash shopping or excessive farming to gain great prizes.
b:pleased I think if we do both of those systems which looks simple, would make a great positive change in PW, seeing everyone looking to get a royal title, and getting lottery tickets!
